We have been commissioned to prepare a mixed use scheme for this site covering offices, residential and leisure. We have already obtained a consent on the site for the climbing centre - which will be starting shortly.

The site is very interesting in that it has a fabulous open aspect facing due South lending itself to be ideal for a solar panel array to be incorporated.

We are proposing a series of offices on the ground floor suitable for startup businesses with a residential block above. The idea is to develop a complex which is very self sufficient with opportunities to work downstairs and have your home on the floors above. The occupants lifestyle over their lifespan is a key driver on this proposal as we inevitably head towards a warmer climate. With the opportunity to work on the ground floor we have provided balconies and a shaded roof terrace for afternoon siesta use during hot periods. The outdoor spaces are also growing spaces, we have designed every balcony to hold a fruit tree and the roof terrace has pocket allotments for each flat.

Every apartment is fully accessible and has level access everywhere, they all face south, have their own balconies and are generously sized.
